You’ll never understand

“You’ll never understand,” my career therapy client says.

“You’re successful. So many projects and courses — can’t get enough of you. I bet your man adores you and carries you in his arms. What about me? No English, career path as a roller coaster, I need to lose 10 kilos, almost divorced…”

All of the above about me is not just a facade, but external signs of tremendous discipline, and deep work inside the “house” on spiritual, physical, emotional, and mental levels.

As for “never understand”, I go through such trials and tests that sometimes I feel like crying a river! BUT I find the strength within myself to face the problem and reality. I tell myself: ‘Come on, baby, deal with it.’ And somehow, solutions and help begin to appear…
…Sometimes, it seems like life gives me such diverse lessons in all areas so that I understand my clients better.

Albeit, infantilize, self-pity, laziness, shifting responsibility, and inability to draw up a plan for personal development to make a quantum leap in career, financial, and personal growth in six months — I don’t understand or accept.

During the meetings of career therapy, I share all my personal experiences and make an individual development program for the clients. And, if there is a wish, I accompany them and monitor the plan implementation, together rejoicing in their results, which are sometimes already visible in 1.5 months.

I work with those who are ready to take responsibility for their own lives and act, sometimes through resistance and failures.
