Nowadays women have to become leaders and take responsibility for their families because so many of them separate from their men who stay.

Leadership is inherent in us from the very beginning at the level of the maternal instinct — to ensure the protection and safety of the family.

A woman doesn’t need a rival or an opponent to awaken a leader in her. The man needs one. Otherwise, he sits sluggishly in comfort 🙌

A woman has leadership at the level of meanings and goals, most of her actions are for something. When a woman understands ‘why’, she quickly switches to the solution-oriented mode. The ways women and men deal with issues are different: they aren’t better or worse.

A man uses logic, common sense, complete control, rigidity. A woman acts through intuition, feelings, building relationships and flexibility. The modern world needs the second approach more: you can see it through the increasing number of women leaders in all areas and the demand for them.

If you accept that women’s leadership is today’s trend and start growing, developing in this direction, studying leadership as well as management, you will be in trend and in great demand soon.

The problem of a female leader is that she can be biased due to emotionality and make impulsive decisions that aren’t always correct. Therefore, there are some personal qualities that must be developed and strengthened.

Once you’ve decided to look at the female leadership trend, start by creating your ideal leadership profile:

  1. What kind of leader can I become?
  2. How would I look in this role?
  3. What qualities would help me to be effective?

For example, if I want to be a team leader or start a new company, then I need to describe this version of me: what I should know and be able to do.

Having described all the items, evaluate with a 10-point scale whether you correspond to them now. Then you can easily find a coach, courses, literature for the aspects that should be improved. It’s important not just to get information but to start practicing and communicating more as well as constantly move and act!

I’m sure that everyone can become a leader because leadership can be developed. Another question is ‘what kind of leader’. You can be different — quiet, calm, introverted. There is no need in being an extrovert. Nobody canceled the gray eminence 🙂

If you still don’t know what kind of leader you want to be, if you can’t make up your mind or you need help to decide what to do, we can work out the first steps together! My approach is based on coaching and mentorship — sometimes I give instructions, sometimes I just peck so you find the answer on your own.
