Leader vs. Manager: Is There a Difference?

I think these are two sides of a coin.

🫂 So today, as a leader, I am a visionary — the one who understands what future she wants to come to with the team, what it’s for, and for whom she does it.

🙌 And tomorrow, as a manager — the one who puts on the role of an administrator and understands in order to reach the goal, we need:

• plan;

• timing;

• budgets;

• properly selected roles and processes.

Bingo, when we understand that now I am the leader — I inspire, remind my team and the people for whom we’re preparing all this, about a great future.

And when I turn on the manager mode, we say: let’s look at our plans, how they correspond to the goal, what’s missing and how good our processes are.

In addition, leadership for me is more about meta-skills and personal qualities, and management is more about professional skills.

During personal consultations, I help to build a balance between these two roles, to pump each of them. To sign up, put “+” in the comments or direct me ⬇️
